Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use the Site. Please note that to buy any products on the Site, you are required to register as an authorized user and additional Terms and Conditions will apply.

The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. All orders and purchases made on the Site will also be governed by MLT Store. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Registration

To register on the Site or to use the mobile app you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct. 

Password and security

 

While you register to use the Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services

Intellectual property

 

The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without written permission from MLT Store

Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. And it will be changed according to the product rate on a daily basis.  

‘MLT Store’ reserves the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. 

All items prices on this website and mobile apps are given in Indian Rupees only. Any queries on extra bank charges, if deducted then you need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument. 

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing and receipt is available online for reviewing all your ordered product details again to confirm the applicable price. 

 

Some products which are listed on the MLT store website www.mltstore.in and MLT Store’s Mobile apps where prices change on a daily basis. You will be billed the prices prevalent during the invoicing of the products.

Return or Replacement Policy

        Our refund and returns policy last 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.     

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

        To complete your return or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

         We provide home delivery facility in the area of 5 KM from our location/address. Any order made above the value of ₹500 will be eligible for home delivery. 

          Any order placed for home delivery, if the order is out of our delivery area will we cancelled. 

         Same day delivery where order made before 6.00PM. Any order received after 6.00PM, will be delivered next day.

         Free Home Delivery – after receiving your order it will be reviewed by store manager and will inform you immediately if you are eligible for free home delivery or not
